Ah, Club Rockit. The last time I was here, it was to see Strapping Young Lad rock
my hairy anus. Great show.

It was great to play with Chuck Calibre again. Not that we have before, but Chris,
Dent, and their manager Brent used to be in a band called "Mister Machete", which
my old band played a lot of shows with. It's always good to see those guys. They're
the best kind of bad influence. And they put on a hell of a show.

We played pretty well, I think. And there was a fairly decent crowd considering we
went on last on a Thursday night. A few songs in, I told the the crowd that if
they're enjoying the show, they should move up to the front of the stage to assist us
in our rocking out. And they did. It took a couple of songs, but a bunch of people
put the the usual Toronto stand-offishness aside and came up front to cheer us on. I'll
have to try that again.
